This is an interval class that takes you through a cardio journey using the step to build your fitness endurance and elevating your heart rate during one of the three peak intervals. THis is a class for the experienced looking to kick up their routine.

This class will increase your strength, muscle endurance and joint flexibility. Progressive flexibility allows full range of motion and better daily and athletic performance.
Body Toning/Sculpting
This class is designed to tone and sculpt your waistline while strengthening your abdominals, and gluteal muscles for better posture and strength. This class uses dumbells, bars and bands.
Step and Sculpt
This multi-level class is appropriate for every fitness level. Combining step with muscle conditioning.
Body Power
This is a muscle conditioning class, which utilizes a barbell and free weight system.
Power Hour
This class is for all exercise levels and combines step combinations with intervals of muscle toning.
Zumba
Dance your way to a fitter you! This new class combines exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms that will keep your heart pumping and your hips shaking.
Early Bird Cycle / Weekend Rides
Bring a towel and water bottle. Bike shorts, seatpad and heart rate monitor are recommended. Please arrive 10 minutes early for setup.
Y Power Cycling
Come and enjoy this high intensity cycling class, with simulated terrain changes set to motivating music. After out ride, we will spend a half hour on strength training for our upper body. Don't forget a water bottle and towel - you're gonna need them!!!
Yoga
This class will help you focus on breathing and quieting your mind to enhance full body awareness, through a variety of postures.
Gentle Yoga
This class is for those recovering from an injury or looking for a gentler meditative workout.
Pilates
This class will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates in order to improve posture, increase musle tone and decrease tisk of injuries.

This is a light to moderate class that works on slowly improving overall flexibility, cardio-aerobics, muscle strength and body balance.
